Step 1: contact with us at info@blueseaclothing.com and tell us the details about size breakdown. Sometime you may have other idea about fabric, construction or color, please share and we will discuss all details via emails.

Step 2: we will confirm the details with you before sample or production. And send proforma invoice (PI) for approval.

Step 3: sourcing & development & production

Step 4: we will do inspection and share report if you need. Also welcome you send your inspector to do inspection at production.

Step 5: we will send final packing list (PL) & commercial invoice (CI) for approval.

Step 6: please complete the payment.

Step 7: shipping.

Customized labels, trims and packing are workable.

When the order quantity is under 300pcs, Pictures of PP sample will be provided for approval. If need physical PP sample, please purchase PP sample order.

When the order quantity is 300pcs or more than 300pcs, a physical PP sample will be provided for approval before production.

Leadtime for sample:

Need 1-2 weeks to make sample in general. Some complicated styles may take more days.

Leadtime for production:

After sample approval, need 2-4 weeks to make production if the quantity is under 300pcs.

Need 6-8 weeks if the quantity is 300pcs or more than 300pcs.

*If the construction is complicated or process in peak season may needs some extensions.

We provide FOB/CIF/DDP/LDP shipping services. The price is different according to different service.

Fast Shipping(by express): always need 3-7 days, but the cost is high.

Standard Shipping(by air+express or truck): always need 14-30 days, but the cost is lower.

Economic Shipping(by sea+express or truck): always need 30-60 days, but the cost is lowest
