Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Typical turnaround time for RTS order is 3-5 business days.
  • Typical turnaround time for the custom order and pre-order may vary for each single item. You can refer it from the listing or just check it with our sales.
  • Typical delivery time is 5-7 days with standard shipping.
  • Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and the shipping address of the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order has been lost, stolen, or damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for orders that delivered to an incorrect address. Please ensure to enter your correct shipping address when placing your order.


Order Revision & Cancellation:

  • If you need to revise or cancel your order, you can contact our sales who you've been contacted with or send email to info@blueseaclothing.com.
  • We do not accept revisions or cancellations for RTS order once it's been shipped.
  • We do not accept revisions or cancellations for custom order once it's been processed.


Return & Refund:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Please send photos or videos of the defectives when you requesting a return or refund.
  • All returns or refunds are store credit that will be issued in the form of a gift card.
  • All returned items must be unwashed or unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them- with all tags/labels and packaging still attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Please check your items as soon as possible once you receive them.
  • Clearance/Sales/Final Sales items are not eligible for return or refund.
