Depending on order quantities and factory capacities, the typical bamboo bulk turn around as below:

January-February: 8-12 weeks

March-May: 6-10 weeks

June-October: 6-8 weeks

November-December: 8-12 weeks

Due to CNY holidays, we are always closed in mid of January to early February. All orders are placed in January and February will have to be proceeded when we resume from holidays.

We currently do not do custom pattern design. A seamless pattern file will be required from your side. If you don't create the seamless pattern file yourself, you can purchase one from Etsy.com, Shutterstock.com, or any other pattern file platforms. Use the keyword 'SEAMLESS PATTERN' and add the theme in front, for example: 'animal seamless pattern.' JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, and AI formats are acceptable.
